A Client’s claim must contain:
- the e-mail your CopyTrade account is registered with,
- the nickname of the Trader you followed,
- date and time of the dispute situation,
- amount of investment,
- claim description,
- screenshot of the dispute situation.
The company may consider a claim within several days.
