In this case, please, kindly make sure that:

You have logged in with a trading password (not investor password);

You have less than 5 open orders (on the bonus account the maximum number of positions opened at the same time is 5);

You do not have any order for the same currency pair opened in the opposite direction (hedged orders are prohibited);

You are not using the Ladder strategy (it is not allowed to open a new deal for the same currency pair in the same direction within an hour after the closure of the previous deal).
Otherwise, you will not be able to open an order.
Also, please, kindly be reminded that according to the bonus conditions:
- on the bonus account the order volume can be only 0.01 lot;
- only trading of Forex major currencies pairs and metals is allowed.
