- The Market may be closed. Please note that the market is closed for trading during the weekend. Also, Metals, Energies, Indices, and Stocks have trading sessions depending on the instrument. You can check the trading session for the specific trading instrument in the contract specifications in the trading platform;
- You may be logged in with the investor password, which doesn’t allow trading;
- Make sure you haven’t been logged out of your trading account;
- A weak internet connection can prevent immediate opening and closing orders. Check the internet connection or try to connect to another wi-fi;
If you still cannot close an order, please, inform our customer support about the issue as soon as possible, and describe all the actions you have already taken.
