How can I deposit via Virtual Account?

FBS provides a wide variety of convenient deposit methods, which allow you to perform a smooth and fast deposit in just a few simple steps. You can deposit in any of the FBS applications or on the Personal Area web page.

To make a deposit, please follow these steps:

1. Open the “Finances” menu, go to the “Deposit” page;
2. Here you can choose the Virtual Account payment option;
   
   
   
   
   • Let us remind you that Virtual Account available for the following local banks:
     • BNI;
     • BRI;
     • Sinarmas;
     • Sahabat Sampoerna;
     • CIMB Niaga;
     • Maybank;
     • Mandiri;
     • Permata.
     
     
3. Specify the trading account you want to deposit to;
4. Specify your Virtual Account information (First Name, Last Name, Address, City, ZIP code, Phone, Email);
5. Type the amount of money you would like to transfer;
   
   The minimum deposit via Virtual Account is 130.000 IDR.
   
   
6. Click on the “Deposit” button;
7. On the opened page, you will see your Virtual Account number and the payment methods that you can use.

* Please, note that if you choose to make a deposit via Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, or Permata Virtual accounts, you can only make payment from the accounts of these banks specifically.

** If you are a BCA user, you can deposit via Sinarmas Bank, or Sahabat Sampoerna Bank Virtual account.
